Experience
- Offered training services on Lending, Credit risk and effective debt collections strategy to one of the Tier-1, Nairobi based Tier 1 SACCO
- Developed and executed a 5-year Investment plan for one of our pioneer customers dealing with Real estate (residential houses development). We have been retained as fund raising advisors
- Restructured businesses worth excess of Kes 10B including a pharmaceuticals manufacturer, a steel making enterprise, a fortified food manufacturer and a large-scale flower grower and exporter
- Restructured community-based microfinance based in eastern part of Kenya with a membership of circa. 8500 members. We have been retained for technical support as lender transitions to become a fully-fledged coop. society
- Been engaged by an estate with a diversified family business following death of the patriarch. We restructured the business and discontinued non-profitable activities for efficiency. We partially redeemed bank debt and reorganised the balance to match cash flows
